Total Defence Day cum Cross Country On 13th February,our school organized a total defence day event cum cross country.This year the event was held in Nanyang Polytechnic. When we arrived there,we settled in an auditorium and we celebrated total defence there.Then, our cross country started.I had lots of fun running because i like to run.It makes you feel carefree like a horse running in the wild with no chains or obstacles.It was also fun because i got to run with my friends and we ran together.It was so joyous but at the same time tiring too. I was so proud because although my friends and i stopped for a few times,we managed to complete the cross country. I felt so lucky and happy because at the end there was this milo truck for us!!It was lovely to drink cold milo under the sun,feeling so hot at the same time.It feels like summer in Singapore. To me, it was a wonderful experience to experience because it is an experience to cherish and moments we have to keep as beautiful memories.This is because we ran together and persevered no matter what as one family,one Chong Boon. |
